Q: Does filtered water taste different to bottled water?

A: You may notice a slight difference, but most people actually prefer the crisp fresh taste of filtered water. This is why we offer a FREE Trial so you can be the judge. Also, most of bottled water is tap water that's been filtered anyway, but they charge more that you pay for petrol!

Q: How do you install your water cooler in an office?

A: We take care of the whole process, utilizing registered plumbers. The plumbing is non-permanent, meaning we can easily relocate the unit if required. This is done using food grade flexible tubing to connect to the water source in your building.

Q: What if we are renting our office space?

A: No worries, in fact most of our clients rent their premises. It's just like installing a phone line or computer cable, so it can be removed later without trace.

Q: How much does it cost?

A: The rental starts at just $35 + GST per month, for a free standing office water cooler, fully installed and ready to drink! That's just over $1 per day, for an unlimited supply of filtered and chilled drinking water.

Q: What do your filters remove?

Q: The premium grade carbon filters remove chlorine, bad taste and odours, lead and heavy metals, and are tested to NSF standards 42 & 53 for the removal of Cryptosporidium and Giardia cysts.

Q: How long does the filter last?

A: The filters can easily last 12+ months, however as there are a few variables like amount of usage & the quality of your tap water, we check them every six months and change when required. This check & change process is included in the low fixed monthly rental.

The truth about
Bottled Water:
